Ingredients:

Coffee Impregnation:


Water - 100 g

Sugar - 80 g

Instant coffee - 5 g

Cognac - 10 g

Cheese Chocolate Cream:


Curd cheese - 300 g

Cream 33% - 200 g

Milk chocolate - 150 g

Milk - 50 g


Glaze:


Milk chocolate - 50 g

Vegetable oil - 15 g



Instructions:


Chocolate Biscuit:


  1. Sift flour and cocoa powder into a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Melt the butter to 35-40°C.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
